I saw the Ageless Male supplement commercial for the first time just yesterday. I'm in the process of finding out the exact ingredients. I have emailed the company and asked for them so I suppose I will be testing how helpful their customer service is as well. It looks as if Ageless Male is a supplement designed to improve a mans testosterone level.

According to their claims many men are going through Andropause. They claim the symptoms of Andropause are a lower sex drive, decreased energy, mood changes, loss of focus or concentration, apathy and muscle turning to fat.

I am of the opinion that this is true for many men as they age and I do believe certain natural supplements can help with this common problem. However the effectiveness of this product will all depend upon the ingredients and scientific efficacy for those ingredients. It will not be based on how convincing the commercial may seem.

I can tell you the product contains a proprietary blend of saw palmetto berry extract and astaxanthin. Saw Palmetto is used in formulas for prostate problems. It prevents the conversion of testosterone to DHT. Stopping this conversion should in theory cause more circulating testosterone. I know of no efficacy however for astaxathin. I'm still working on this at present. Check back in the future when I might know more. Check back in a week or two and I will have a more complete idea of this product and whether it is worth considering.
