Extenze, Alzare, Enzyte
First I must confess that I've never tried Extenze, Alzare or Enzyte but there are so many infomercials and commercials devoted to these products I felt it was important to do some research and determine if there is any truth to their claims.
All three products contain natural ingredients, minerals and herbs therefore no prescription is required. All three products, in my opinion, are very expensive and will usually cost you around $59 a month!. Each of the three companies all seem to use a similar theory to sell their product. They all aim at increasing blood flow to the penis to enhance size and also aim at increasing testosterone levels which will help increase libido.
Extenze, Alzare, and Enzyte all contain zinc which has been demonstrated to help improve function of the prostate thereby improving sexual function in general. All three products contain an herb known as Tribulus Territus. This is an herb which I have a fair amount of experience taking. Tribulus Territus is an herb that has been shown to increase testosterone in men. Many serious body builders take this herb to increase testosterone which helps build muscle mass. Testosterone is the hormone responsible for a man's sex drive. It also causes an increase in blood flow to the penis.
Another ingredient in the three products is an herb known as Ginko Biloba. This is another herb I have a great deal of experience taking. Ginko biloba is a potent vasodilator. Meaning it improves blood flow to all organs of the body including the penis. It tends to give you a boost in energy and alertness. Unfortunately this herb needs to be taken for 3 months to gain the full benefit.
To some extent all these products will tend to improve sexual health and stamina. My problem with all three products is that they simply cost far more than they should. Spending $59 for a 30 day supply of a glorified vitamin pill is ridiculous. Cheaper alternatives exist all over the internet. If you want to try a male enhancement product you should not buy any of these products. Below is a list of the ingredients in each. Simply compare these ingredients to other products that are cheaper. It will not take you long to find a generic version that will probably cost you 1/3 as much! Many of them contain additional ingredients that can be helpful. If you intelligently shop around it shouldn't be too hard to get a better quality product for less money
Alzare Ingredients
Zinc 50 mg, Yohimbe 400mg, Horney Goat Weed 250mg, Maca 125mg, L-Arginine 100mg, Bioperine 10mg, Androstenediol 2mg, DHEA 50mg, Saw Palmetto 50mg, Ginseng Blend 50mg.
Extenze Ingredients
There was no published milligrams for each of the components. This makes me highly suspect the product contains very little of each of the individual ingredients. Right off the bat I would never purchase a product that does not include this. Companies that make high quality supplements always list the dose of each and every ingredient.
The propreitary blend included: Zinc, Yohimbe, Maca, Catuaba, Muira Pauma, Oyster Meat, I-Arginine, Oat Straw, Nettle Leaf, Cayenne, Pumpkin Seed, Sarsaparilla, Orchic Substance, Licorice Root, Astragalus, Tribulus, Boron, and Ginseng.
Enzyte Ingredients
Again most of the ingredients have no published dosage which makes me highly suspect of the products value.

Panax ginseng root extract (4% ginsenosides), Gingko biliba leaf 10:1 extract, vegetable cellulose, Avena sativa (aerial parts), Tribulus Terrestris extract (20% furanosterols)(stem and fruit), zinc gluconate and zinc oxide, maca root, saw palmetto berry, toasted wheat germ, L-Arginine HCl, niacin, copper oxide and copper gluconate, horny goat weed extract (Epimedium sagittatum)(10% flavonoids as icariin)(whole plant), muira puama stem 4:1 extract, octacosanol (5%), orchic substance, thymus gland, yohimbe bark 15:1 extract.
Conclusion
In summary there is no herbal product that will increase the size of ones penis. At best these products are only useful for increasing the firmness of an erection and tend to be beneficial only for older users who are experiencing some form of erectile dysfunction.
Herbal products like Extenze, Alzare or Enzyte can help to a degree to increase sex drive and also sexual stamina however cheaper alternatives exist at 1/3 the price. I do believe there is some truth to the fact that they will increase erect penis size to a small degree. This comes by increasing overall health, libido and sexual stamina. If you want to try a male enhancement product, spend some time intelligently surfing the internet. Use the list of ingredients for the three products as a guide to locating a less expensive and more effective product. They are there!
