Sensa Weight Loss System

I just finished my first viewing of the Sensa Weight Loss System. Supposedly it's a product you simply sprinkle on your food and you lose weight! The infomercial claims the formula was invented by Dr Alan Hirch. According to the Sensa infomercial the product works by stimulationg the bodies natural physiology to control the amount you eat. In other words it works as an appetite suppressant. Yet Sensa claims the product contains no stimulants, fat blockers or diuretics.

I have long been of the opinion that an appetite suppresant is the best way to actually lose excess weight. In reality diets don't work because you are constantly craving food and you eventually succumb to these powerful urges to eat. Furthermore exercise does not really burn that many calories. You could walk two miles a day and only burn enough calories to cover one piece of cake.

Sensa contains Maltodextrin (Derived from Corn from the USA), Tricalcium Phosphate, Silica, Natural and Artificial Flavors. Sensa also contains Soy and Milk ingredients. Sensa is sodium- free, sugar-free, calorie free, gluten-free, and there are no stimulants, drugs or MSG.

I have not had the time yet to fully research this infomercial. I'll start by first recording it from start to finish and then watch it several times. Check back in about a month and I should have more information for you.
