Turbofire Workout.

I saw the Turbofire Workout infomercial for the first time on 2/21/11. It contains the same type of sales pitch so many similar infomercials have used in the past. Tae Bo is one that comes to mind. I haven't had chance to even call the 1-800 number and find out how much the Turbofire Workout actually costs. I will be working on this review over the coming weeks. That is the first place I will start.

I have some concerns right off the bat. First it looks too intense and difficult for most people. These type programs can often result in people injuring themselves with back injuries and muscle strains. So if you're not already fit, I would stay away from the Turbofire Workout. Furthermore you need to be compliant with any exercise program. You need to do it consistently week after week for a long period of time. Programs like the Turbofire Workout are in my opinion too miserable. Anything that is too miserable people will eventually give up on. So think twice before you make a purchase. Also check back in a few weeks when I will have done a thorough review of this informercial.
